• Rajat Harlalka
  Chief Executive Officer
  Rajat has extensive international experience in various technical and customer relation roles in the wireless and mobile industry. He has previously worked with companies like Agilent Technologies, Marvell Semiconductor and Ericsson in North America, Europe and India. He is also involved as a speaker and writer in several entrepreneurship communities. Rajat graduated from IT-BHU Varanasi with a Bachelors of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Puneet Bindlish
  Chief Evangelist, Technology & New Business
  Puneet is responsible for recommending strategies to address market and technology trends, partnerships with key companies, international operations and public relations. Puneet is an avid philanthropist & Entrepreneur with commendable IT consulting experience with companies like Oracle, Infosys, e-enable technologies etc. Co-founded Calance Corporation, and helped grow the company technology delivery team from inception to 100+ people strong with valuable contributions in process & delivery setup. Puneet completed his engineering education from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. He is active in IT-BHU Alumni Network, as part of his role as a Board Member. Apart from this, he is contributing to the society under Svechha Foundation (www.svechha.org) as Vice President.



• Shubham Basu
  Vice President, Consulting & People Strategy
  

  Shubham, is the Founder of Mindmatter Consulting practiceMindmatter Consulting practice at Infogile. His strength lies in his ability to understand the psychology of individuals during any interaction and being able to level himself to their needs.

  As an ex-Investment Banker with Deutsche Bank, New York City, he himself was part of extremely efficient teams where delivery against time was a constant tussle, with probability and market factors ruling all courts. He, even today, takes a passive interest in the market movements with an extremely high interest in social psychology, and behavior patterns.

  In India, he has facilitated workshops for numerous teams from organizations like NTPC, NIC, Nokia-Siemens, Jubilant Organosys, Tupperware, GENPACT, Alstom, Maruti etc.

  He is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU and then went on to train with the National Aerospace Labs, IISc Bangalore, Hero Cycles and Hindustan Zinc Ltd. He later moved on to Vanderbilt University, USA for his higher education.

  He is also a feature columnist with ‘The Indian Express’ as well as an author with his first fiction ‘Glian, the Son of Nature’ being published in Sep 2007. He was interviewed by NDTV as part of review of his book on air. He is currently in the process of working on his second fiction.

  Besides his accomplishments in the industry he is an avid outdoor enthusiast, certified as a mountaineer from the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute in Darjeeling. He has been Mountain Biking since the last seven years, biking through the mountains in New York State, Tennessee and now through the unexplored trails of Uttarakhand. His passion extends to skiing, ice-skating and swimming as well.
