• Puneet Bindlish
  Chief Executive Officer
  Puneet has been an avid philanthropist & Entrepreneur with commendable IT consulting experience with companies like Oracle, Infosys, e-enable technologies etc. Co-founded Calance Corporation, and helped grow the company technology delivery team from inception to 100+ people strong with valuable contributions in process & delivery setup. Puneet completed his engineering education from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. He is active in IT-BHU Alumni Network, as part of his role as a Board Member. Apart from this, he is contributing to the society under Svechha Foundation (www.svechha.org) as Vice President.


• Pradeep Sharma
  Executive Vice President - Global Sales
  Pradeep has close to three decades of diverse experience in IT industry in Engg, Sales & Marketing, Operations Management, General Management, and Profit-Centre Management. He has been associated with both Manufacturing as well as Service organizations and held positions at Geo levels as well as Corporate levels including Executive Vice President with Aptech Ltd , Vice President - Sales & Marketing with Telserra India & Newgen, GM with HCL Perot Systems, and key positions with Samtel Group & ORG Systems. Pradeep has handled number of turnaround assignments and built-up new businesses from ground zero. He has been a frequent speaker at a number of seminars, conferences, and industry interest groups and is highly networked and well versed with people management skills and has led large teams of senior IT professionals to run sizeable businesses.Pradeep is a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from IT-BHU, Varanasi, India and an MBA from UBS - Chandigarh, India.



• Shashank Chaturvedi
  Executive Vice President, Strategy & Client Relations
  Shashank brings tremendous organizational & strategy insight to Infogile. He has extensively consulted IT companies, looking for setting up Offshore Delivery Center in India. In the past he has successfully executed similar projects for large Multi-National Companies. He gave valuable contributions to Sapient India Operations and also co-founded Calance Corporation, helped grow the company from 5 to 100 people strong in few months, before he left to pursue his passion of social service & HR Consulting. Since then he has been active as social worker, presently contributing through his NGO: ABPUA (www.abpua.org), an organization that rewards meritocracy in the country by means of free education / scholarships. He also sits on the Board of Brisk Moves, an HR Consulting company. Shashank did his Bachelors in Technology from the Institute of Technology, BHU.



• Rajesh Soni
  Vice President, Delivery, North America
  Rajesh is an avid technologist by heart with business savviness. He has a wonderful career spanning 15 years under his belt, with proven experience in business and technology consulting. Worked in High Tech Areas like RFID, Automation software for gaming industry. He enjoys access to a vast network among technical skill pool, key to build a good services practice. Holds an engineering degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad.


• Vikas Sharma
  Business Unit Head, Mobile & Gaming Solutions
  Over 12 years of business development and sales experience in Telecom, Electronic Gaming, and FMCG domains. Worked with Kenwood Wireless Systems handling Motorola Radio Products for 8 years and then built up online Lottery accounts for Telserra India. Holds an MBA & an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications.
